Description

This was my little boo boo. His name was Franklin. I called him my happy boy. I had to put him down a few years back. He died in my arms crying, and I was bawling too! LOL

He came to me from an abusive environment, and very frightened. He cried in my arms for over an hour the first time I held him, because he was so afraid I would hurt him.

I took his little face in the palm of my hands; and promised him that I would always love and take good care of him for the rest of his life. And I did just that... I spoiled him rotten. LOL And he became a very happy dog, as you can see in this photo.

I lost all my earthly possessions a few years back; so I have very few pictures of him. This was one of them. I happened to have uploaded it on Facebook. I am glad that I have one of him smiling. He loved it when I took pictures of him.

I miss him so much. He was a very sweet dog, and everyone loved him that got around him. Even other animals loved him too.

I find it ironic that he came into my life crying in my arms, and he left me to his heavenly home, crying in my arms.

I once in a while ask God to give him a hug and kiss for me, and to tell him I can't wait to see him again. Silly I know... But I believe our pets are in heaven too.

Anyway...though this is not the greatest photo in the world, it is one of the few that I have of him, and I cherish it all the time.
